Overview
InsightPM is an AI-powered software platform that integrates with GitHub repositories to analyze pull requests and provide project management insights, effort estimations, risk analysis, and development transparency reports.
The InsightPM service and the website at insightpm.one are operated by Private Entrepreneur HUDYM VADYM (Ukraine), hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “InsightPM”. All purchases on the website are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as the merchant of record on our behalf.
By accessing or using InsightPM, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
GitHub Access
InsightPM requires read-only access to selected GitHub repositories in order to analyze pull requests and development activity.
We do not modify your repositories or source code.
Access permissions can be revoked by the user at any time through GitHub settings.
Product and Credits
InsightPM is a SaaS product that provides AI-assisted software project and pull request analysis functionality.
InsightPM sells prepaid usage credits. Credits allow customers to access usage-based SaaS functionality inside the InsightPM web application, including pull request analysis and other product features.
Credits are not a subscription, downloadable digital product, media product, ebook, template, file, gift card, cash equivalent, or financial instrument.
The number of credits required for a specific action may vary depending on the feature used, pull request size, repository complexity, amount of data processed, AI model cost, infrastructure cost, and future product updates.
Displayed credit packages show the number of credits included in each purchase, not a guaranteed number of pull requests or analyses.
Current standard credit packages are:
- 100 credits for $10
- 200 credits for $20
- 500 credits for $50
- 1000 credits for $100
We may change credit usage rules, package sizes, pricing, or available features in the future. Any such changes will not reduce the number of credits already purchased by a customer.
Payments
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@insightpm.one with your Paddle order ID. No reason needs to be provided. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited.

Limitation of Liability
InsightPM provides AI-generated insights intended to assist project management workflows. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or business suitability of generated analyses.
Users remain fully responsible for project decisions and development management.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
